Colleagues are based in one of our network branches, regions or at our Head Office in Northamptonshire - where you’ll find teams fulfilling roles in a wide-range of areas including Finance, Marketing, HR and Category Management.

Whether we’re sourcing new products, innovating in the technology space or providing leading training and development initiatives, Head Office ensures our branch teams are equipped to supply and deliver the best civils products safely and quickly to all our customers.

We’re proud of our wellbeing programmes designed to engage, support and motivate colleagues. 

Our Stay Well Ambassadors work across the Keyline network and the Group to explore ways of maintaining the wellbeing of our colleagues. They’re a dedicated resource who help us to shape policies and provide first hand support to colleagues. We also have Mental Health First Aiders - local colleagues who are trained to listen and support when it’s needed.
